a nice stay!

really good staffefficient teamsoundproof room
the restaurant staff was really good, especially sumayya and jehane. they were cute and helpful!!! the reception team was also very efficient. valet service was quite responsive.
the room was not soundproof. i could hear everything from the adjacent room, including noise at late hours. it disrupted my sleep a bit.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly! i received prompt assistance with all my requests. the room was clean and well kept every day. i appreciated the access to the hotel's private beach. It was a great amenity.
The bathroom towels seemed overused. They were not as white as i expected. the tv in the room disconnected frequently. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed. There were often long waits during peak times.

I found the staff very helpful with taxi arrangements right outside. Restaurant staff showed great politeness and were always ready to help. Bernadette stood out. The room was spacious. Requests I made upon arrival received immediate attention, with the team ensuring all needs were met promptly.
